4. At each stage the proper process sheet to be displayed along with CTP and CTQ.
5. Ensure the all necessary process, handling, storage compliance resulting.

4. Conducting Training Internal as well as External
5. Filing of training records – Attendance Sheet, training feedback form, training evaluation form ,OJT Form and updating the same in the FUNWORK and I the system
6. Updating of skill matrix and competency mapping for gap analysis for new as well as existing employees with the help of HODS.
7. Collecting KRA from all departments on quarterly basis for further analysis.
8. Monthly reward for employee motivation. Need to collect nomination form-identify best performer- prepared certificate-accounts follow up for payment.
